* UK Mainland excludes: Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland and other UK islands and other remote areas. We will endevour to offer the most competitive rates to non-UK Mainland areas. If an order is placed for delivery to non-UK mainland location, we may request additional payment. Please contact us for quote to ship to non-UK Mainland.

Delivery Contribution for Non Standard Items

Standard Item Delivery Contribution should be treated as a guide. Shipping of most items will follow our standard rates.  The nature of some items does not allow them to be shipped using our standard item rates. Shipping rate for all items will be clearly displayed prior to checking out.

Standard Delivery

All in stock items will be despatched within 2 to 3 working days. Please allow up to 10 days for items to be delivered. However, we aim to deliver all products within just 5 days.

Returns and Refund Policy: We want you to be delighted with the quality of goods from Sorrell Bros.  However, if for any reason you wish to return any items from your order, we will happily exchange it, or refund your money subject to the conditions below.

1. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition.
3. In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or have been damaged in transit,  please inform us immediately on by sending an email to info@egguns.com for advice on return or replacement. 
4. We are not able to accept returns of self-assembled items.
5. We are only able to refund the cost of postage where goods are supplied in a faulty or damaged condition.
6. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
